Scrum Master Offshore (Agentic AI Program)

Role Summary

Offshore Scrum Master supporting day-to-day sprint execution for Use Case Pods (Claims/Contact Center) and assisting with backlog grooming, delivery tracking, and coordination across offshore engineering teams. Works closely with the Onshore Scrum Master and TPM to keep sprints predictable and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily offshore standups and ensure sprint tasks progress smoothly
• Support backlog refinement, estimation sessions, and story breakdowns
• Track sprint progress, update boards, identify blockers, and escalate risks early
• Coordinate with offshore engineers, BAs, QA, and ML teams for alignment
• Prepare sprint reports, burndown charts, and weekly health/status summaries
• Ensure adherence to agile processes and documentation hygiene
• Facilitate coordination with Onshore Scrum Master for cross-timezone alignment

Key Skillset Summary

• 4–7 years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices, ceremonies, and story lifecycle management
• Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA for tracking
• Good communication and collaborative mindset with engineering teams
• Exposure to AI/ML or cloud delivery projects is a plus
