Job Description

Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, artifacts, and events. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.
Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management, such as refining and grooming.
Excellent skills in facilitation, communication, and problem-solving are necessary to work with various stakeholders.
Excellent ability to analyze data, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
Represent the team to management and act as the single point of contact for the project.
Guide and coach the development team on the principles and practices of Scrum to ensure they are self-managing and effective
