Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master Lead with 10-16 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items.
Work closely with Development Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum framework and methodology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is desirable.
