Hiring for Scrum Master/Agile Lead in Pune location . Role : Scrum Master Lead Exp : 8+ - 13 Years Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days Job Location : Pune ( Kharadi location ) Work Mode: Hybrid Perks - Cab facilities will be provided Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks affecting team productivity Coach and mentor team members to promote self-organization and continuous improvement Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align on goals and delivery Ensure risks are identified, tracked, mitigated, and communicated effectively Drive and support adoption of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipeline integration and Agile delivery automation Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability across teams Track and report Agile metrics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Leader Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework Strong working knowledge of JIRA , Confluence , and Agile boards Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines , DevOps tools , and related processes Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and team dynamics Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience in BFSI , peer banks, or financial services domains preferred Certifications Mandatory : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Preferred : Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), SAFe Agilist, Agile Coach certifications Interested candidates can share your updated profile to subashini.gopalan@kiya.ai
