Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects across Python Full Stack, Cloud, and ML domains
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, and business teams
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Create and manage detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk logs
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in agile environments
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project progress, blockers, and next steps
• Handle cross-team dependencies, prioritize tasks, and proactively resolve issues
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in cloud, full-stack, and AI/ML
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong understanding of Python Full Stack (Python, Django/Flask, React/Angular, REST APIs)
• Experience managing Cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to Machine Learning projects or collaboration with data science teams
• Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, Git
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred)
