Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Scrum Master Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about agile methodologies and eager to learn the principles and practices of Scrum in a real-world setting. You will work closely with our experienced Scrum Masters and development teams, contributing to the efficient delivery of our projects and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. This internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:

Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Support the Team:

Help the development team understand and apply Scrum principles and practices.

Remove Impediments:

Work with the Scrum Master to identify and help remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

Promote Collaboration:

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring open communication and accountability.

Track Progress:

Assist in tracking and reporting on team progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Learn and Grow:

Actively participate in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to deepen your understanding of Scrum and Agile.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and self-starting attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.A genuine interest in software development and project management.
