The ideal candidate will have a passion for Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading Scrum teams. What You’ll Be Doing Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. 5-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
