Responsibilities

As a HR Executive, your role will include:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on required skills and experience via job portals, internal references, and other channels.
• Coordinating with interview panels to schedule and manage telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.
• Developing customized sourcing strategies for different job roles to build relevant talent pools.
• Actively sourcing candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other professional/social networks.
• Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events.
• Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation support.

Experience: Fresher

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location : Bangalore Office. No Remote work.
