HR Executive

As a Human Resources Department member, your role primarily involves managing various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Time Office Management: - Maintain daily attendance records of all employees, including staff and workers. - Monitor late coming, absenteeism, and overtime to ensure adherence to company policies. - Manage the biometric attendance system and address any discrepancies that may arise. - Prepare monthly summaries for attendance, leave, and overtime. - Keep track of leave records and update them in the HR software. - Verify and prepare salary sheets, deductions, and reimbursements accurately. - Handle statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax efficiently. - Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement. - HR Administration: - Manage the issuance of employee ID cards, uniforms, and related logistics. - Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and security coordination activities. - Assist in HR activities such as onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. - Maintain documentation, filing, and update HRMIS data regularly. - Coordinate transport, canteen services, and facility management effectively. - Employee Relations: - Address queries related to attendance, salary, and leave promptly. - Assist in disciplinary processes concerning attendance or misconduct. - Uphold workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company policies. Qualifications & Experience: - A Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field. - Proficiency in Excel, HRMS software, and understanding of statutory compliance. Skills Required: - Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and formulas. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Detail-oriented, punctual, and disciplined work approach. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.,
