HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Leave rules, etc.)
  
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet coordination
  
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with statutory requirements
  

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
  
• Conduct new hire inductions and ensure smooth onboarding
  

• Employee Engagement & Support:

• Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs
  
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and labour law compliance
  
• Assist in performance management processes and documentation
  

• HR Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain HR trackers (joiners, exits, attendance, compliance reports)
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR updates and audits
  
• Support HR system updates and statutory audits
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS systems
  
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
