Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and policy implementation to ensure smooth human resource management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. - Manage onboarding and exit formalities. - Handle employee attendance, leave management, and queries. - Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles. - Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent qualifications. - 0-2 years of experience in HR operations. - Familiarity with HRMS tools is preferred.
