Job Description

Exp : 6 to 8 yearsLocation: Pune and Hyderabad.Notice: Immediate to 45 days or serving notice period.Domain : Exposure to Payments Services Products(Cards & Payments) and/or Insurance Business Domain must. Overall Scrum Master experience of 3-4 years. Strong working knowledge of Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) Tools Suite is

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Agile methodology Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning,retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensurealignment on goals and priorities. Guide teams in Agile best practices and help remove impediments to progress. Monitor sprint progress using JIRA dashboards and reports to ensure transparencyand accountability. Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuousimprovement. Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team capacity). Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables. Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication. Support release planning and coordination across teams and departments. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
