Job Description

Role : Scrum Master Facilitate Agile Processes : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Coach agile Team : Guide teams in adopting agile principles and best practices, ensuring high productivity and collaboration. Remove impediments : Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the teams progress. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Support Product Owners : Assist with backlog refinement, user story prioritization and defining acceptance criteria.
