Job Title: Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management / Inventory)

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM applications, with a focus on business process improvement and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions using Oracle Fusion SCM.

• Configure and implement Order Management, Inventory Management, and related SCM modules.

• Conduct system analysis, design workshops, and testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT).

• Prepare functional specifications for integrations and reports.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.

• Provide end-user training, support, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations/support.

• Strong functional knowledge in:

• Order Management (OM)

• Inventory Management (INV)

• (Preferred) Procurement, Receiving, Product Information Management (PIM)

• End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

• Expertise in functional configuration, setups, and process flows.

• Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Oracle EBS SCM will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of integrations with finance and manufacturing modules.

• Exposure to tools like Service Requests (SR), JIRA, ALM.

• Oracle Fusion SCM Certification.
