Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for school supplies, equipment, and services.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Assist in cost analysis and budget forecasting for procurement operations.
  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Procurement Executive, preferably in a school or educational institution.
• Currently residing in Bangalore.
• Ready to travel up to Devanahalli as required.
• School transportation provided within a 15 km radius of the school.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software/tools.
