Job Title: Principal – DSC Public School (English & Gujarati Medium)

Location: Dholka, Ahmedabad

About the Role

DSC Public School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our English and Gujarati Medium campuses in Dholka. The ideal candidate will uphold DSC’s legacy of academic excellence while driving innovation, inclusivity, and holistic student growth. This role requires a passionate leader who can balance academic standards with effective school management, faculty development, and strong parent-community relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

• Design and implement robust academic programs aligned with NEP 2020 and relevant board requirements (CBSE/GSEB).
• Ensure high-quality learning outcomes through effective curriculum planning, pedagogy, and continuous assessment.
• Encourage innovation, inquiry-based learning, and integration of technology in teaching.
• Maintain a strong academic culture that supports both English and Gujarati medium students.

2. Administration & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure compliance with educational regulations and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and logistics efficiently.
• Ensure discipline, order, and operational excellence across both school sections.

3. Faculty Leadership & Development

• Recruit, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Conduct ongoing teacher training, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
• Build a collaborative, positive, and goal-oriented staff culture aligned with DSC’s vision and values.

4. Student Development & Well-being

• Foster an environment focused on holistic development—academics, sports, arts, and life skills.
• Establish systems for student welfare, discipline, and emotional well-being.
• Encourage leadership, creativity, and participation through various clubs, events, and competitions.

5. Parent & Community Relations

• Build trust and transparency through effective parent communication and involvement.
• Represent DSC Public School in community events, education fairs, and public forums.
• Collaborate with the management team on branding, admissions, and local outreach initiatives.

6. Strategic Leadership

• Lead initiatives to improve academic outcomes, school image, and community reputation.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and school board to execute long-term strategic plans.
• Align all school activities with DSC’s broader mission of nurturing confident, responsible, and globally aware learners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (B.Ed. mandatory).
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in K–12 education, with at least 5 years in a Principal or Academic Head role.
• Strong understanding of CBSE/GSEB curriculum frameworks and NEP 2020 implementation.
• Proven experience managing bilingual (English & Gujarati) school environments preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
