School Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach:

    Identify and engage schools, colleges, coaching centers, and training institutes for potential partnerships.
  • Business Development:

    Execute outreach campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build trusted relationships with decision-makers such as principals, academic heads, and management.
  • Product Presentation:

    Deliver impactful demos and pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting the value of EaseToLearn solutions.
  • Deal Closure:

    Lead negotiations and finalize agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay updated on education trends and client feedback to refine outreach strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and customer needs.
  • Reporting & CRM:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM. Provide regular reports on pipeline status and key metrics.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and EdTech are welcome.
  • Experience:

    0–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the education sector.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present professionally to school authorities and senior stakeholders.
  • Industry Familiarity:

    Exposure to the K-12, test prep, or higher education markets is a plus.
  • Sales Skills:

    Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability.
  • Self-Starter:

    High initiative, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team Player:

    Able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Travel Ready:

    Willing to travel for client meetings, demos, and education industry events as needed.
