Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage

  school outreach campaigns

  across metro and non-metro regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with

  school leaders, teachers, and education groups

  . Create a reliable school network.
• Plan and support

  on-ground activations

  , workshops, and events in schools and partner institutions.
• Drive participation for our flagship letter writing and offline campaigns by aligning with school calendars and engagement points.
• Track and report progress, participation data, and success metrics across campaigns.
• Troubleshoot field-level issues and coordinate logistics and backend support with internal teams.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in

  school contact programs, educational outreach, school branding campaigns

  , or field activations.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, confident on phone, email, and in presentations. English speaking preferred.
• Familiarity with school functioning and comfort in engaging with school management and teachers.
• Willingness to travel for events and campaigns (intra-city and occasional inter-city).
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented.
• Bonus if you've worked with education startups, NGOs, or creative agencies.
