Location: Hybrid-split between our North Delhi office, remote work, and on-site event locations (mostly in NCR, but sometimes in other cities as well) Start Date: Immediate Role Summary: As a Junior Project Operations Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth rollout of campaigns and educational initiatives. From collaborating with schools and managing project data to supporting on-the-ground events, you’ll work closely with a project manager to bring everything together seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing projects and events under the guidance of project managers Communicate with schools, vendors, customers and other partners to ensure everything runs on schedule Maintain and organize campaign-related data, feedback, and reports via Google Sheets and Drive Manage logistics for website orders, including tracking shipments and handling customer queries Help plan and execute activities, campaigns, and live events at various locations (in and sometimes outside of Delhi) Who We're Looking For: A graduate or final-year student ready to commit full-time Organized, punctual, and eager to learn and grow in a mission-driven company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with schools and educators, managing program rollouts, building relationships, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in school activation programmes.  Location: Hybrid (Delhi Office + Remote + Travel for On-ground Events) Experience Required: 1-2 years Compensation: Minimum ₹4L per annum (based on experience) Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage school outreach campaigns across metro and non-metro regions. Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, teachers, and education groups . Create a reliable school network. Plan and support on-ground activations , workshops, and events in schools and partner institutions. Drive participation for our flagship letter writing and offline campaigns by aligning with school calendars and engagement points. Track and report progress, participation data, and success metrics across campaigns. Troubleshoot field-level issues and coordinate logistics and backend support with internal teams. Who We’re Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on experience in school contact programs, educational outreach, school branding campaigns , or field activations. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, confident on phone, email, and in presentations. English speaking preferred. Familiarity with school functioning and comfort in engaging with school management and teachers. Willingness to travel for events and campaigns (intra-city and occasional inter-city). Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented. Bonus if you've worked with education startups, NGOs, or creative agencies.
