Job Title: School Administrator Location: Bhumkar Chowk, Pune Institution: The Learning Curve Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized School Admin to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our school. The ideal candidate will ensure that the administrative functions of the institution run smoothly, support the teaching staff, and uphold all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily school operations including admissions, fees, records, and staff coordination Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies Supervise non-teaching staff (housekeeping, security, transport, etc.) Liaise with parents and handle queries or grievances professionally Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and repairs Organize school events, meetings, and timetables Maintain student and staff attendance records Support budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting Work closely with the Principal and other leadership on strategic planning Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree required 1–2 years of administrative experience in a school or education setup or Fresher can apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
