The Practice A Brief Sketch

The is a part of and focuses on our clients' most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP platforms.
  • Develop and document ERP strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies during ERP projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and HR, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience across ERP Transformation /implementation/Assessment/ Optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of key business processes (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HR, etc.) and their ERP integration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud Certification) are a plus.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP solutions.
  • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders.

        Qualification

        Your experience counts!

        • MBA from a Tier-1 institute
        • Minimum experience of 6 years and above in SAP ERP and should have led or been involved in ERP Implementation/ Transformation/Assessment projects.
        • Working experience across:
        • Involved in business workshops and roadmap sessions in defining a solution blueprint across Platforms/ ERP Environments. Process Knowledge across key areas like Order to Cash, SCM, Procurement, Finance and cross functional integration with other modules. Understand Integration aspects with Third party planning tools, Ability to drive requirement gathering sessions and discussions with business stakeholders and IT in terms of adoption of ERP capabilities offered in line with best practices (like S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion). Advise client and provide a point of view on transformation/ migrations/ changes from current ECC or other legacy ERPs to Target State.
        • Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the ERP domain.
        • Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing in ERP systems.
        • Has done comparative research of ERP estates and can shape up high level roadmap with assessed findings and can define north star, prepare value case.
        • Understanding of Integration approach and methods such as SAP BTP or SAP PI/PO or CPI is nice to have.
        • Understanding and exposure of AI Tools around ERP, SAP Leonardo w.r.t IoT, AI and ML will be great value-add.
        • Good Analytical and Assessment skills in driving the discovery workshop, performing the AS-IS assessment and Fit-Gap Analysis, and providing suggestions of TO-BE design in terms of Cost, tools, people, and Organizations (i.e., change management).
        • Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and adapt in a dynamic consulting setup.
