Position - 1: Civil Designs Sr. Engineer/Manager/AGM/DGM

• preparing detailed civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for solar power plant structures
• Coordinate with electrical and structural design teams to ensure integrated and optimized plant layouts.
• Review and validate design calculations and drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
• Monitor and update design documentation, including revisions, design changes, and approvals.
• Assist in site surveys and soil investigations to provide accurate data for design inputs.
• Support project managers in planning project timelines and resource allocation related to civil design activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards during design and implementation phases.
• Assist in client communications and presentations regarding design proposals and progress.

Position -2: Electrical Designs - Sr. Engineer/Manager/AGM/DGM

• Lead design of electrical systems for solar PV plants (utility-scale and C&I).
• Design MV/LV single line diagrams (SLDs), cable layouts, and electrical schematics.
• Selection and specification of electrical equipment including inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and protection systems.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies using software tools (e.g., ETAP, DIgSILENT, PVSyst).
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, NEC, BIS, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams for interdisciplinary design alignment.
• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and design-related risks during all project phases.
• Support procurement and project execution teams with technical inputs.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders during project development and execution.
• Develop and implement design quality checklists and standards.

Position:3 SCADA - Assistant Manager/Manager

• Design and develop SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling solar power plant operations.Position
• Configure SCADA software and hardware to meet the specific requirements of solar energy systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCADA system hardware and software.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed documentation of SCADA system configurations, modifications, and procedures.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and security of SCADA systems.
• Coordinate with other engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project completion.

Position:4 Power Evacuation / Components Manager

• Design and optimize medium- to high-voltage (MV/HV/EHV) evacuation systems, including step-up substations, switchgear, transformers, and overhead/underground transmission lines.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, protection, relay coordination, grounding, and reliability studies using tools like ETAP, PowerWorld, or PSSE.
• Prepare evacuation system layouts, single-line diagrams, panel drawings, cable routing plans, relay & metering schemes, and technical specifications.
• Engage with project teams, EPC contractors, external consultants, and vendors to align designs, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Support erection, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines, substations, and switchyards; resolve design queries onsite and oversee quality control.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, drawings, cost estimates, schedules, test reports, approval documentation, and OTP/hand-over packs.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, delegate tasks, review deliverables, and drive alignment with project milestones.
