What you’ll do:

Install and commission modular portable fleets (generators, chillers, etc.).

• Perform preventive maintenance and attend on-site service/breakdown calls.
• Monitor site performance, analyze equipment, and take corrective action.
• Comply with Aggreko servicing schedules, QHSE, and ISO 9000 policies.
• Manage spares, consumables, and maintain site inventory.
• Provide operator training and ensure diligent log sheet recording.
• Troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime and repair costs.
• Ensure all installations meet Aggreko service manual standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report site activities.
• Adhere to a 24-hour call-out policy.
• Report any fuel spills, incidents, or issues within the policy of QHSE.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering.

• Mandatory:

  Electrical supervisor license by government authority.
• 3-5 years experience in Diesel Engine OEM, rental power, or utility maintenance (DG sets, chillers).
• Hands-on experience with LHP - HHP Diesel engines (Cummins/Iveco/Scania/Caterpillar).
• Experience in operation and maintenance of diesel/gas generators and their auxiliaries.
• Proficiency with DEIF/Deepsea/Carrel controllers.
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs for Stamford/Leroy Sommer alternators.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot faults on switch gears/breakers (SIEMENS/Schneider).
• Basic knowledge of generator synchronizing.
• Hands-on experience in O&M and minor/major repairs of LV & HV transformers and switchgear panels.
• Operation and maintenance of temperature control/HVAC equipment.
• Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of AC & DC Load Bank.
• Experience working on HVAC fleets (Chillers/Cooling Towers/PHE/AHU) would be an added advantage.
• Effective troubleshooting capability and ability to read electrical drawings.
