Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and manpower deployment. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and service. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and government bodies for permits and approvals. Technical Oversight: Create solutions based on sales team inputs & customer interaction, site requirements. Review system designs, site surveys, and engineering drawings. Ensure installations follow technical standards and safety protocols. Resolve on-site technical issues and bottlenecks. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage customer expectations and handle escalations proactively. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to MNRE, DISCOM, CEIG, and other local regulatory guidelines. Maintain complete project documentation and handover reports. Preferred candidate profile Experience in solar EPC project execution or management. & Exposure to commercial/industrial rooftop and ground-mount projects above 50 kW. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, net/gross metering, and safety standards. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD (preferred).
Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / Refrens. Record purchase, sales, expenses, credit notes, and journal entries. Handle petty cash, daily cash flow, and reconciliation. Maintain vendor & customer ledgers accurately. GST & Compliance Assist in GST input verification and monthly filing preparation. Upload invoices, follow up for missing documents, and maintain GST records. Support accountant for TDS, PF/ESI documentation (if applicable). Bank & Payment Handling Daily bank reconciliation. Prepare payment requests, follow up on receivables & payables. Maintain loan/EMI/BG statements if needed. Inventory & Purchase Coordination Maintain inward & outward stock details (solar materials, fabrication materials, automation items). Coordinate with stores for stock updates. Match purchase orders with invoices. Reporting Prepare daily/weekly reports: Cash & bank summary Receivable/Payable statements Project-wise cost tracking Support management with MIS reports.

Social Media Management Post daily content on Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Maintain content calendar Write short captions (Tamil + English mix) Handle comments, queries, and basic replies Upload reels with trending audios 3. Branding & Collateral Support Brochure/flyer/poster design Collect details for project case studies Maintain central media library (Google Drive) 4. Customer Interaction Request customers for video testimonials politely Capture 3060 second interview clips Collect Google reviews post-installation Explain benefits before recording 5. Reporting Submit weekly content output to management Track engagement reach & reel performance Maintain project-wise content documentation SKILLS REQUIRED Good mobile photography skills Video editing skills Designing skills & use of editing tools like photoshop, canva etc., Strong communication in Tamil (must) Basic English speaking Confident in facing customers Ability to travel to sites daily (Bike required) Understanding social media trends Creative mindset and fast learning ability
