We are seeking a Senior SCADA Engineer with 8+ years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of SCADA systems across platforms such as Siemens WinCC, Schneider EcoStruxure, GE iFIX, and others. The candidate will lead a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SCADA systems used for real-time monitoring and control in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and commissioning of SCADA systems.
Develop and maintain HMI interfaces using platforms like WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, etc.
Oversee and optimize data acquisition, alarm handling, and visualization logic.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including construction, IT, and OT.
Perform routine audits, diagnostics, and firmware upgrades.
Mentor and manage a team of junior SCADA engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industry safety standards.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in SCADA development, deployment, and support.
Hands-on expertise in:
Siemens WinCC, Schneider EcoStruxure, GE iFIX, Ignition, Wonderware/InTouch, Citect.
SCADA tool certifications (any of the above platforms).
Experience leading teams and managing industrial control projects.
Excellent problem-solving and system integration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
Exposure to maritime, defense, or infrastructure automation projects.
Familiarity with PLCs and communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, etc.).
