You will be responsible for negotiating with vendors and suppliers, finalizing equipment specifications, and ensuring all pre-operational activities, such as safety protocols and regulatory compliance, are completed before the plant becomes operational. Additionally, you will develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new plant and drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
