Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCM Planning and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective supply chain management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience with change management principles and practices, focusing on driving cultural transformation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
