UX/UI Designer
with 6–8 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in

and other industry-standard design tools, along with a solid understanding of
user research

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
- Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems, ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Advocate for the user in all stages of the design and development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, design patterns, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma (required), along with other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing findings from user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS understanding is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Exposure to design thinking methodologies and lean UX practices.
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (optional but a bonus).
