Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy (Working Capital Advisory Services) based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AP, AR, and inventory optimization, with a strong background in process transformation and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead engagement teams executing WCAS to support key conclusions in developing and executing Cash strategy and process optimization programs. Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including operational analytics, project management, problem-solving, and solution implementation. Build relationships with EY offices across the globe, demonstrating knowledge of regional practices. Provide insights and observations based on WC analytics and benchmarking. Engage on larger projects and develop the ability to pitch for working capital diagnostics and optimization. Develop expertise in AP, AR, and inventory optimization and comprehensive working capital analytics. Conduct qualitative research and presentations to support client strategy and EY business development activities. Perform big data analysis using extensive SQL/Power BI/Alteryx/VBA skills. Collate growing practices, develop expertise, and mentor junior members to deliver high-quality output on engagements. Manage and expand the existing user base, building strong engagement metrics. Support EY teams through company profiling and benchmarking for different companies/industry sectors. ### Job Requirements Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a premier institute. Track record of delivering performance improvement projects related to supply chain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement, or sales/accounts receivable that deliver tangible results. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing final presentations. Excellent people management and interpersonal skills. Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas, assess findings, and communicate insights. Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients. Experience working with stakeholders in a global landscape. Process Transformation experience - candidates with hands-on experience in operational turnaround services - process design and improvement, planning, inventory management, etc. Project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
