SaT-IT DD-Senior Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, with 4-9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT due diligence and pre-deal engagements. ### Roles and Responsibility Support the IT Due Diligence team on various pre-deal projects, including performing due diligence on targets and one-off separation costs. Estimate one-off separation costs and standalone costs using various models. Work on vendor assist and VDD projects, creating reports and ensuring successful project delivery. Develop financial models for IT, including synergy savings, one-time costs, and stranded costs. Assist senior client stakeholders in advising, shaping, and driving the strategy and planning for IT value creation projects and IT strategy and transformations. Contribute to business development activities, including developing successful pitches and selling services. ### Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in working on deals within IT Technology/Consulting organization or IT department of a large organization. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a reputed institute with a technology background; Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) is preferred. Strong knowledge of IT due diligence, pre-deal engagements, and financial modeling. Experience working on M&A projects, different types of engagements, including pre-deal (IT due diligence, carve-out planning) and restructuring (e.g., rapid cost reduction). Technical certifications such as AWS/Azure or other equivalent are a plus. Strong writing skills and experience producing high-quality reports, papers, presentations, and thought leadership. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with global clients and key stakeholders in IT. Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirements. Technical certifications like AWS Certified Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, The Open Group TOGAF 9 Certification, or other equivalent. Flexible to support broader IT & Operational transaction work.
