Drive solution architecture, requirements workshops, and client demos for EC Payroll & Time Tracking.

Support pre sales pursuits: scoping, effort estimation, and proposal defense.

Lead delivery of high quality implementations, ensuring seamless integration across the SuccessFactors suite and third party systems (e.g., biometric devices).

Provide thought leadership on regional compliance (US, Saudi, UAE) and the latest SuccessFactors releases.

Contribute to multiple EC related bids and projects on an as needed basis.
