Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM

Experience Required: 5+Years

Work mode –C2H -Hybrid

Location : Hyderabad ,Bangalore,

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, HR business partners, and technical teams regarding PMGM processes and system functionality.
• Design and configuration:
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging best practices for performance and goal management.
• Configure SuccessFactors PMGM modules, including goal plans, performance forms, workflows, permissions, and rating scales.
• Develop and execute test scripts, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training.

Support organizational change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

• Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

Required Skills :

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of PMGM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially performance and goal management.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in configuring SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certifications:
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is highly preferred.
• Qualification:
• Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹454,179.97 - ₹1,734,934.63 per year
