SAP SuccessFactors Manager/Director

We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals at the Manager/Director level to join our team in Gurgaon & Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have a strong consulting background, preferably from a Big 4 firm, with expertise in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR digital transformation projects. - Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Provide strategic guidance to clients on HR digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors. - Manage and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Recruiting. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party applications. - Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry trends. - Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations. - 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role (Manager/Director). - Experience in a Big 4 consulting firm is **mandatory**. - Strong expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations. - Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred. - MBA/PGDM in HR, IT, or related fields is an advantage.,
