SAP SuccessFactors Manager/Director

As a SAP SuccessFactors Manager/Director at our Big 4 firm in Gurgaon & Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR digital transformation projects. With your extensive consulting experience, you will guide clients through end-to-end implementation projects, providing strategic insights and mentoring project teams for successful project delivery. Utilizing your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and more, you will act as a subject matter expert and develop strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party applications while staying updated with the latest industry trends. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role within a Big 4 consulting firm. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities. Possessing an MBA/PGDM in HR, IT, or related fields would be advantageous, and SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
