SAP SuccessFactors Experienced Consultant - India based

Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur. Successful candidates will closely work with our on-site team (functional leads) and perform all kinds of implementation activities, which mainly cover the configuration activities of a particular module.

This is a client-facing role open to candidates located in Kolkata for a full-time and hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies)
• Work closely with the on-site team on the detailed design, testing and training sessions
• Prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design
• Work independently without much supervision from technical leads
• Deliver high quality work
• Respect delivery timeline
• Communicate effectively with on-site team, client, technical leads, project managers
• Provide out-of-box ideas and problem-solving, and keep up-to-date with latest SuccessFactors releases

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experiences (or 5+ implementation projects) in any of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Current certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts – an advantage
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Currently live in and qualified to work in India
