Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuring and managing job description functionalities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure accurate mapping of job roles, competencies, and job descriptions while supporting enhancements and end-user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize job description functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate mapping of roles, competencies, and descriptions.
  
• Support troubleshooting and enhancement activities related to job description management.
  
• Ensure system configuration aligns with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
  
• Provide training, documentation, and guidance to end users to support adoption.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and reporting needs.
  

Required Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  
• Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
  
• Proficiency in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with HR and business teams on job structure and competency mappings.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
