Role Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module to streamline core HR processes. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, compliance, and seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems

Qualifications

  • Min 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years focused on Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS processes, data models, and workflows.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Center, API-based integrations, and middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with country-specific configurations (e.g., Kuwait, KSA, Saudi, UAE. India, East Africa).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on client-specific business requirements
  • Analyze HR processes and translate them into technical specifications and configuration solutions.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Central and related modules such as Time Off, Position Management, and Global Assignments
  • Gather and validate requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Talent, and Integration specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR regulations and localization needs.
