Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Job Profile Builder) to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of JPB. The role requires strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to guide stakeholders through design, integration, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Job Profile Builder (JPB) . Define and maintain job roles, competencies, and job families . Integrate JPB with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and PM/GM . Partner with the SAP Support team to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer for HR and support teams. Act as a subject matter expert on JPB, advising stakeholders on best practices and optimization Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes Minimum 2 full project lifecycles implementing SAP Job Profile Builder. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) . Understanding of HR processes related to job profiles, competencies, and talent management. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills . (Preferred) SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with large-scale global implementations. Why CubeMatch?
