Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune Work from office : Hybrid Experience: Overall, 8-10 years with Minimum 5+ years of relevant SuccessFactors implementation experience Availability: Immediate joiners required Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors implementation and support , with hands-on expertise in at least 2–3 modules and a good understanding of integration and payroll processes . Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support for SuccessFactors modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on client needs. Work closely with technical teams for integrations using SAP Integration Suite. Provide support for Australia Payroll processes (preferred). Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities. Required Skills & Experience: Super strong communicator and client facing skills – APAC clients are highly preferrable as this role involves day in day out speaking with lot of business and stakeholders. Resource should have good maturity levels to handle and respond to situations. Overall, 8-10 years of experience - Minimum 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors . Strong expertise in at least 2–3 modules such as: Employee Central Payroll & Compensation LMS Onboarding PMGM (Performance & Goals) Recruiting Experience with Australia Payroll is highly desirable. Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations. Proven experience in both implementation and support projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules. Experience working with global clients, especially in the APAC region. Show more Show less
