SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – 12 months contract - Remote

certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for

  incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets

  related to the SAP SuccessFactors platform, in line with agreed SLAs.
• Manage

  access controls

  across production and non-production environments.
• Support and implement

  change requests and functional enhancements

  within the Employee Central module.
• Coordinate and provide support for

  regression testing

  and implementation activities during

  H1 and H2 releases

  .
• Monitor the

  SuccessFactors environment

  proactively, identifying and responding to critical incidents to ensure platform stability and high performance.
• Maintain and update

  workbooks, documentation, and system records

  as needed.
• Provide

  clear, regular communication

  to management on support status, incident resolution, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with

  vendors and infrastructure support partners

  to investigate and resolve platform and system-related issues.
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective

  user communication

  throughout the process.

Requirements:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification

  is

  mandatory

• Proven experience supporting SuccessFactors platforms, especially in a production environment
• Strong understanding of

  access management

  ,

  incident resolution

  , and

  release cycles

• Experience in coordinating with external vendors and support teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
