About The Role
Join Wipro Technologies as a Functional Consultant L2 specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). In this pivotal role within the TS - Enterprise Applications sector, you will collaborate with diverse teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruitment solutions that align with our clients'' strategic human capital goals. Your expertise will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, high user adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors modules.Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to analyze recruitment processes, configuring SAP SuccessFactors RCM-RMK modules to meet business requirements, and providing expert consulting to deliver scalable solutions. You will troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to solution architecture, and lead testing and deployment efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mandatory Skills and Experience
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) expertise is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing these modules to optimize recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives on digital platforms.
We seek professionals with 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ideally within diverse industries and global contexts. Hands-on experience with business process analysis, system integration, and post-implementation support is critical. Knowledge of SAP Core and Rizing HCM practices will be advantageous.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with cloud-based HR technologies will further contribute to success in this position, enabling rapid delivery of innovative recruitment solutions aligned with evolving client requirements.
