Job Description

Required Minimum Experience:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (support experience preferred).
  • Experience in implementation of SF’s Employee Central – Service Center/Ask HR functionalities.
  • Experience in designing and implementation EC Cloud Services.
  • Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data and server logs.
  • Ability to do any new enhancements for minimum two modules

    LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (Service Center & Ask HR).

  • Ability to solve technical issues related to SF Cloud (C4C) and SF Integration (CPI) and also be able to implement new functionalities.
  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in SAP C4C, CPI and SF EC.
  • Ability to implement API services and integration of SAP system with external system
  • Should have good communication and documentation skills


“Must have” Technical Skills:

SAP Success Factors, LMS, IAS/IPS and interfaces knowledge.
