SAP Success Factor Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at TATA Technologies in Pune. As an ideal candidate, you should have 4-6 years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and project management. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementations, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, system configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR & ERP systems. You will be expected to drive workshops, finalize implementation strategies, oversee system configuration, and ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology. Additionally, you will play a key role in release management activities, analyzing SAP updates, and recommending necessary changes. Your ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance will be crucial in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations. Expertise in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting Management, Compensation, and Onboarding is essential. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, along with effective communication and leadership abilities, are highly valued. Candidates with SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, ECP, RCM, and ONB 2.0 will be given preference. Experience in mergers & acquisitions involving SuccessFactors integration, familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, and knowledge of HR business processes are desired qualifications. Additionally, experience in SAP S/4 HANA HR or hybrid implementations would be advantageous. Please note that candidates currently employed at TCS are not eligible to apply for this position.
