SAP Solution Architect / Technical Lead

The SAP Solution Architect/Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the technical aspects of SAP projects. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver robust SAP solutions that align with business objectives. They will have extensive experience in SAP architecture, integration, and project management.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional understanding of the SAP solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP).
• Experience with integrating SAP with other enterprise systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive SAP solutions.
• Develop architecture blueprints, detailed technical specifications, and integration plans.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions.
• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP modules.
• Ensure proper integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and system testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Offer training and support to end-users and IT teams.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP architecture, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field.
• SAP certification in relevant modules or areas of expertise, preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the SAP ecosystem.
