Role Description

Are you passionate about shaping large-scale SAP landscapes and driving digital transformation? At Business Core Solutions (BCS), we are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our growing team in Chennai.

This is an opportunity to lead S/4HANA implementations, complex migrations, and enterprise-wide SAP solution designs—working with global clients and leveraging SAP BTP for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of complex SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA implementation, migration, or landscape harmonization).
• Define the overall SAP system landscape, integration strategy (SAP PI/PO, CPI, API Management), and deployment models (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned to SAP best practices.
• Drive a Fit-to-Standard approach, minimizing non-standard solutions.
• Architect complex landscape migrations (Brownfield, Bluefield), including customization allowance and infrastructure sizing with hyperscalers/SAP ECS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear architectural visions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across development, functional, and testing teams.
• Promote Clean Core principles, using SAP BTP for custom extensions.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (SAP CPI/PI/PO, OData services, REST APIs).

Experience & Skills

• 12+ years in SAP implementation, solution design, and architecture.
• Proven track record in multiple full-cycle SAP projects.
• Expertise in S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, and related domains.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• SAP Certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, etc.) highly preferred.
