Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 6-12 years of experience to fill the role of SAP SF Succession & PM/GM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SF and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement SAP SF solutions for clients.
Provide expertise in succession planning and project management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Train and support end-users on SAP SF applications.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP SF modules, including SuccessFactors Employee Central and EIP.
Experience in implementing and managing large-scale SAP SF projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data migration and integration with other systems.
