Key Responsibilities


🔹 Customer Service & Notification Management

  • Create and track

    notifications

    for complaints, service requests, and detected issues.
  • Prioritize and classify notifications for effective service management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service requests.

🔹 Service Order Management

  • Create and manage

    service orders

    to plan and execute field interventions.
  • Track service order status, resources consumed, and associated costs.
  • Manage stock movements and monitor replenishment levels for service operations.

🔹 Field Service & Resource Planning

  • Plan and schedule

    on-site interventions

    , including technician and equipment allocation.
  • Track interventions in real time and adjust schedules where needed for operational efficiency.

🔹 Service Contract & SLA Management

  • Create and manage

    service contracts

    , including pricing conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.
  • Monitor compliance with SLAs and manage contract extensions or renewals.

🔹 Billing & Financial Integration

  • Manage billing for services rendered, including generating invoices based on interventions and spare parts used.
  • Integrate with

    SAP FI

    for payments, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.

🔹 Reporting & Analytics

  • Use service reporting tools to monitor performance KPIs and SLAs.
  • Generate insights-driven custom reports and dashboards.

🔹 Cross-Module Integration

  • Knowledge and experience in integration between

    Customer Service (CS)

    and

    Plant Maintenance (PM)

    modules.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless E2E service processes.


Preferred Profile


  • Strong background in

    SAP CRM Service module

    , handling customer service interactions, case management, service requests, and field service scheduling.
  • Must have hands-on experience in

    SAP S/4HANA Service Management

    (Customer Management).
  • Exposure to

    SAP Fiori

    for service management apps is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
