Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Proficiently managing SAP for maintaining books of accounts. Update and reconcile the VAT (Value Added Tax) sheet every week, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Ensure that vendor payments are processed promptly and accurately according to agreed-upon terms, avoiding overdue penalties. Reconcile accounts payable transactions regularly and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise. Prepare and update bank reports twice daily, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Assist in the preparation of the monthly salary reconciliation, ensuring all payroll-related entries are recorded accurately. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with internal controls. Work closely with internal departments and vendors to obtain payment approvals, clarify discrepancies, and resolve payment-related issues. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, ensuring all payment details are accurate and up to date. Regularly monitor accounts payable to ensure payments are up to date, preventing overdue penalties and maintaining positive vendor relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), MBA - Finance Skills Required: Proficiency in SAP software. Good understanding of MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
