Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions.
• Configure SAP SD module including order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery processes.
• Work on end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, etc.) for system integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Create documentation and provide user training when required.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of sales processes like quotation, sales order, delivery, billing, credit management, and pricing.
• Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and WM modules.
• Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and third-party interfaces.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues independently.
