SAP SD Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SD implementation and support projects, specifically in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Analyse new business requirements and propose optimal SAP solutions.
  
• Prepare functional specifications for RICFW change requests and collaborate with development and integration teams to build and test solutions.
  
• Handle Shipment Processing and Shipment Cost Settlement activities.
  
• Manage Export/EXIM sales processes within SAP SD.
  
• Configure and support GST processes and ensure compliance.
  
• Integrate SAP SD with other applications such as SFA, Salesforce, CRM, and MS Dynamics.
  
• Design and map interfaces with non-SAP third-party systems and SAP systems using IDOC/RFC.
  
• Work on ATP, Transfer of Requirements, MTO Order Processing, and Third-Party Sales Order Processing.
  
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align processes and ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Support SAP HANA FSCM Credit Management processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support projects.
  
• Must have hands on experience in minimum 35 full lifecycle SAP SD (S/4HANA) end to end implementation, with strong expertise in OTC processes.
  
• Hands-on experience in shipment processing, cost settlement, export/EXIM sales, and GST configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of integration with applications such as SFA, Salesforce, CRM, and MS Dynamics.
  
• Good knowledge of interfaces and data exchange methods (IDOC/RFC) with third-party/non-SAP systems.
  
• Experience working in large manufacturing or IT environments with multiple partners.
  
• Proficiency in SAP SD enhancement techniques (BAPI, BADI, User Exits).
  
• Strong stakeholder management, alignment, and influencing skills.
